Position: Insurance Agents (Intermediaries)
We’re seeking individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with our company. The role of an Insurance Agent at Radiant is dynamic—you’ll need initiative, confidence, and the ability to earn trust. Key Responsibilities
As a Radiant Insurance Agent, your role will be meaningful and people-focused. Your daily contributions will help clients secure their futures and support their families. Specifically, you will:
- Introduce Radiant’s insurance products to new and existing clients, explaining benefits, terms, and coverage options in a friendly, clear, and personalized way.
- Actively identify and approach potential clients through field visits, phone calls, networking events, and referrals from satisfied customers.
- Advise clients thoughtfully, ensuring they understand their options and feel empowered to choose the insurance that best suits their unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted resource before, during, and after the sale.
- Guide clients through the application process, assisting with forms and ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact—answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up on claims and queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to keep your communication, sales, and product knowledge sharp and up-to-date.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- High levels of motivation, commitment, and self-discipline

- The ability and desire to quickly learn about insurance products
- Integrity and professionalism in all client interactions
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage—but not a requirement
