Factory Project, Facility, and Logistics Management Officer. If you're driven,

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in anything (Management, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement,
Agribusiness, or similar fields are a plus).

What This Job Is All About:
This job isn't just about watching over things. It's a mix
of being out in the field, keeping things running at the factory, and making
sure everything gets where it needs to go. You'll be the go-between for our
field teams, factory workers, and office staff – making sure everything runs
like clockwork every single day!
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Factory Project, Facility,
and Logistics Management Officer, you'll handle a bunch of stuff that keeps our
company humming. This means keeping an eye on things out in the fields, helping
out at the factory, keeping the facilities in tip-top shape, and taking care of
logistics.
Some of the things you will do:
1. Project Help:
You'll give a hand with planning
factory projects. That means keeping track of schedules, checking on how things
are going, and working with contractors to make sure everything is up to our
standards.
2. Facility Care:
You will keep an eye on our
buildings. Making sure the factory is safe, clean, and things work. You will
also keep things maintained/ report needed repairs.
3. Logistics Duty:
You will coordinate the shipping of raw materials and
finished products. You will work with drivers and warehouse staff.
4. Field Work:
You'll be out and about, working with farmers and suppliers
to make sure we get good materials on time.
5. Admin Stuff:
You'll need to do reports. You will be responsible for doing
updates for the Chief Operations Officer.
6. Team Player:
You'll be working with Purchasing, Quality Control, Finance,
Production, and HR teams to solve any issues that come up.
7. Safety First:
You will make sure people are safe while working.

Working place and hours:
In general, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 with one hour for lunch and break in the Office in Ruhanga, Rusororo, Gasabo, Kigali but remote work shall be arranged depending on work load near the airport and city center. Weekly schedule of which day to be in office shall be advised by senior management and it changes time to time.
When the construction project begins, on-site supervision at the factory with flexible working hours will be required.
Overtime work shall be compensated according to Rwandan labor law.
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross salary: 250,000 RWF per month
- Airtime: 8,000 RWF per month
- This is a full-time position with a one-year renewable contract.
- Probation period: six months (Probational period may extend to maximum six months depending on the performance evaluation. Salary promotion may be considered upon completion).
- The gross salary shall be subject to statutory tax deductions.
- One time only Moving Allowance: 100,000RWF at the time of starting the work
Other conditions:
- Laptop shall be provided if management decide to assign the task for reporting in writing. However, when you leave the company, you need to return it back.
- Transport costs from office to destination, home to destination shall be refunded once company receive refund requests from employee. Employee must submit such request with supporting documents detailing dates and destination. Refund shall be done every week.
- Be noted that transport costs to commute to office is included in the above mentioned gross salary, hence there will be no refund for such transport costs.
Selection procedure:
1st selection shall be carried out based on the application documents. 2nd selection shall be over online interview. 3rd selection shall be done in person interview at office.
